ECW is a unique weekly meal prep company servicing Whidbey Island and now Edmonds friends. Every week our team works to create new healthy delicious menu items for you and your family to choose from. Let us do the prepping, cooking, and clean up. We deliver to your home or business once a week. 

This Week:
Our menu will run for ordering Tuesday (4/3) through Friday (4/5) for the following Tuesday (4/9) delivery.

Following Weeks:
New Menus will be posted on Mondays and orders can be placed between Monday and Friday for the following Tuesday delivery.

This change gives our chefs the time and information needed to source the freshest and most delicious ingredients needed for your meals. 

-Choose your meals ($50 minimum)
-Order between Wednesday to Friday
-Delivered to your door the following Tuesday (delivery charge subject to location)

Whidbey Island:
South End: 3:30pm - 7pm
Greenbank/Coupeville: 6:30pm - 8pm
North End: 6:30 - 8:30pm

Edmonds: 4pm - 9pm

We carefully prep, cook, and pack all meals in our recyclable packaging so they have a happy, cushioned, cool journey to your door. Refrigerate or freeze immediately

-Reheat for 3-5 minutes or cook until 165°F to avoid food-born illnesses
-Food can be refrigerated for up to 5 days
-Plastic containers store for up to 3 months in the freezer
